Good Health Confluence 2026
Welcome to Our Second Annual Educational and Experiential Holistic Health Wellness Event in Columbia Falls, Montana!

Welcome! Our inaugural gathering last year was a huge success and we are so excited to bring back this special event once again! Good Health Confluence is an educational and experiential weekend where people come together to explore the intersections of health and wellness for both the individual and the collective. We all know that well-being extends beyond physical health. Our aim is to weave different aspects of mental, emotional, spiritual and communal wellness along with the physical component. Everything is connected.
We will be featuring a wide variety of topics, from tending to our planet to plant wisdom, ancient healing arts, hands-on skills, and so much more! This year, we have chosen to add a half day on Friday to offer an opportunity for a more in-depth session with one of our special guests - to be announced a bit later! In addition to our incredible lineup of speakers, presenters and facilitators, we are once again including a dynamic "choose-your-own-adventure" component on Saturday and Sunday. This will give you the opportunity to have downtime or partake in your choice of healing practices, ceremonies and smaller circles in more intimate groups.
Good Health Confluence 2026 will be held at Blue Star Resort and Retreat Center in Columbia Falls, Montana, not too far from Glacier National Park. Blue Star sits on 20 private acres of predominantly thick-wooded land with a year round creek, a 2000sqft Event Center, traditional Finnish Saunas, sacred geometrical Zomes for our break-out experiences, as well as diverse herb, plant, and wildlife to enjoy. There is also a herd of beloved mini horses on the property who spread so much joy to all who visit them!

Included with your three day ticket into the Good Health Confluence event, you will have full access to:
• Two and a half days of in-person presentations and interactive talks from a curated lineup of professionals, teachers and facilitators on a
variety of health and wellness topics
• Interactive Q&A opportunities with our presenters where you can ask them directly about your areas of inquiry
• Morning movement and mindfulness practices each day
• An opportunity on both Saturday and Sunday to choose from a variety of offerings and practices - examples from last year include community sauna sessions, ecstatic dance, drum circle, tea ceremony, breathwork, plant walk, and medicine making workshop.
• A networking hour for you to connect with others and share your offerings with our audience.
• Live Music
• Fun, interactive activities on Friday (these will NOT be your typical dreaded ice-breakers - you won’t want to miss this!)
• A delicious lunch and snacks on Saturday and Sunday and a light refreshments on Friday
