Welcome to the second annual Good Health Confluence! Our inaugural event last year was a beautiful success and we are so excited to bring you another experiential weekend of holistic health and wellness education and practice. This is not your typical wellness event - Good Health Confluence is a place for people to come together and really explore the “outside-of-the-box” intersections of health and wellness for both the individual and the collective.

We know that well-being extends beyond physical health. Our aim is to weave different aspects of mental, emotional, spiritual and communal wellness alongside the physical component. Everything is connected! Our growing lineup features a variety of topics and offerings, such as Chinese Medicine, an exploration of Water, functional nutrition, dream work, plant wisdom, microdosing, ancient healing arts, hand-on skills, somatic movement, the nervous system, and so much more!

PART II - Remembering Through Movement: A Journey Into the Sacred Self - Cynthia Olivera

This immersive workshop invites you into an inner journey of discovery through movement, breath, meditation, and the aromatic gifts of the plant kingdom. Guided by pure essential oils, participants will be invited into a liminal space—a threshold between the ordinary and the extraordinary—where the thinking mind can soften, and the deeper wisdom of the body, heart, and soul can emerge.

6PM-7PM

8-9AM

Kundalini Yoga - Velvet Phillips-Sullivan

Kundalini Yoga is often called the Yoga of Awareness. It’s a comprehensive practice that involves postures, breath, meditation, mantra and music, which are meant to deliver a felt experience of vitality, clarity, and inner balance.

As a practice to bring awareness, it is accessible to everyone, universal and non-denominational, and can be experienced by beginners in yoga and experienced practitioners of yoga or meditation.

At its heart, Kundalini Yoga works directly with prana – the body’s life force – to organize mental, physical, and nervous energy under the guidance of the will which is the instrument of the Soul. In doing so, the practice supports the glandular and nervous systems, helping you meet life from steadiness rather than stress.

9:30AM Welcome

9:45-10:30AM

The Tao of Healing: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Nervous Systems - Dr. LeTa Jussila

Drawing from more than two decades of experience in Chinese medicine, herbalism, qigong, and integrative wellness, this talk explores practical Taoist principles for restoring balance in a world that often pulls us away from ourselves. Participants will explore how stress impacts the body’s energy systems, discover the Five Elements as a framework for understanding emotions and vitality, and learn simple daily practices that support resilience, connection, and well-being.

10:40AM-11:25AM

The Mystery and Science of Water - Amber Rudd, MSN, FNP-BC

Amber’s topic this year is one that feels near and dear to our hearts for so many reasons. It is quite possibly the most foundational aspect of health and wellness, for ourselves and for our planet: WATER

Water is more than hydration — it is a structurally unique, life-giving molecule whose mysteries continue to challenge science and deepen our understanding of the body, energy, and consciousness.

Closing of the Confluence

We will gather one more time to close the powerful container of the weekend and to acknowledge the ending of this part of our journey together. This circle is an opportunity to share or simply sit and acknowledge the experience before we move back out into our lives and the outer world.

4:15-5PM

Gong & Yoga Nidra - Jen Cobet & Tanjariitta Anttila

Akin to the savasana at the end of a yoga class where your body gets a chance to repattern around the movements during class, this practice is offered to allow your mind and body to begin integrating all that you have experienced over the weekend.

Jen and Tanjariitta will guide you in a deep relaxation practice of gong and guided meditation. Gong sound can be used to re-balance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Yoga nidra places you in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, allowing the nervous system an opportunity to reset.

Our 2026 Presenters

This year we have added on an extra day (Friday 4-7pm), and we have also added a healthy lunch on Saturday and Sunday, all of which is included in your ticket price.

Just like last year, confluence-goers will enjoy our incredible lineup of presenters and facilitators, as well as optional experiential break-out sessions for both large and small groups (Traditional Finnish Sauna, somatic dance, Qi-Gong, breathwork, Tea Ceremony, circles and much more). You can also opt to relax or socialize instead of partake in the break-out sessions - the property provides ample space for you to sit and enjoy the peace and beauty of the land. Jun Tea and ceremonial-grade Cacao will be provided for you to enjoy during the “in between” times, as well as light snacks.

Good Health Confluence 2026 will be held at Blue Star Resort and Retreat Center in Columbia Falls, Montana, not too far from Glacier National Park. Blue Star sits on 20 private acres of predominantly thick-wooded land with a year round creek, a 2000sqft Event Center, traditional Finnish Saunas, sacred geometrical Zomes, as well as diverse herb, plant, and wildlife to enjoy. There is also a herd of beloved mini horses on the property who spread so much joy to all who visit them!
