Welcome to the second annual Good Health Confluence! Our inaugural event last year was a beautiful success and we are so excited to bring you another experiential weekend of holistic health and wellness education and practice. This is not your typical wellness event - Good Health Confluence is a place for people to come together and really explore the “outside-of-the-box” intersections of health and wellness for both the individual and the collective.
We know that well-being extends beyond physical health. Our aim is to weave different aspects of mental, emotional, spiritual and communal wellness alongside the physical component. Everything is connected! Our growing lineup features a variety of topics and offerings, such as Chinese Medicine, an exploration of Water, functional nutrition, dream work, plant wisdom, microdosing, ancient healing arts, hand-on skills, somatic movement, the nervous system, and so much more!
This year we have added on an extra day (Friday 4-7pm), and we have also added a healthy lunch on Saturday and Sunday, all of which is included in your ticket price.
Just like last year, confluence-goers will enjoy our incredible lineup of presenters and facilitators, as well as optional experiential break-out sessions for both large and small groups (Traditional Finnish Sauna, somatic dance, Qi-Gong, breathwork, Tea Ceremony, circles and much more). You can also opt to relax or socialize instead of partake in the break-out sessions - the property provides ample space for you to sit and enjoy the peace and beauty of the land. Jun Tea and ceremonial-grade Cacao will be provided for you to enjoy during the “in between” times, as well as light snacks.
Good Health Confluence 2026 will be held at Blue Star Resort and Retreat Center in Columbia Falls, Montana, not too far from Glacier National Park. Blue Star sits on 20 private acres of predominantly thick-wooded land with a year round creek, a 2000sqft Event Center, traditional Finnish Saunas, sacred geometrical Zomes, as well as diverse herb, plant, and wildlife to enjoy. There is also a herd of beloved mini horses on the property who spread so much joy to all who visit them!

Marcia Rennie, PhD, and Clinical Psychologist, will be traveling all the way from Nevada City, California to present at the 2026 Good Health Confluence!
Dreams have been a central part of Marcia’s evolution, consciousness, education, and career. Her dedication to dream work lead her to become a clinical psychologist in private practice for the past 25 years, and dream work continues to lead her life‘s work as a clinician.
Marcia earned her PhD in depth clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she gained a better understanding of the work of Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, and James Hillman.
While Marcia was taking part in her PhD program, she had a transformative experience with a past-life, which has been a muse for her ever since. Years later, while traveling and researching her past life connection in Europe with her mother, who was a genealogist for 40 years, Marcia’s ancestors began weaving into her dream world. Magical things began unfolding. Her mother became part of the deep journey.
Later, psychedelic medicine work began to shape and direct her path, offering her the richness of the knowledge, experience and wisdom of her ancestors.
Leaning into active imagination and archetypal processes, Marcia offers her practical, magical, and creative curiosity into past-life, life purpose, dream work, ancestral healing, and medicine work in a user-friendly way.

Johnna Sutton has a unique background in nutrition, exercise physiology, sustainable agriculture, and law, which have all led to a deep-rooted passion for connecting where our food comes from and how it impacts human health.
She achieved her law degree from the University of Montana in 2009. As a successful criminal defense attorney for 15 years, she developed a reputation for utilizing a holistic approach to working with those suffering from mental health and addiction challenges. Over time, Johnna’s passion for helping people from a holistic approach became more front and center. Additionally, the years of representing criminal defendants in the state and federal systems and advocating in youth and dependent neglect courts, took a toll on her physical and mental health.
She learned to address those challenges through addressing the root cause using the functional medicine approach, which prompted her desire to learn how to help others do the same.
She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition in 2023 and graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2021, becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and functional nutritionist. She works with patients on addressing the root causes of chronic illness at the Montana Functional Health clinic in Missoula, Montana.
When not working with clients, Johnna enjoys growing things in the dirt, raising a variety of farm animals, and spending as much time as possible with her amazingly supportive husband, and two young children on their fledgling homestead along the Blackfoot River.

Cynthia J Olivera, is a Master Aromatherapist, Teacher, and the Educational Director for Wisdom of the Earth. She has dedicated two decades to working with the essences, the plant kingdom, and WOTE, and has loved every minute. She really doesn’t know how people can live without the help of these beautiful oils.
Cynthia taught children music, movement, story, and theatre early in her career. This work transitioned into working with adults and children with movement for brain integration and meditation. She then created a process called Inner Landscape Work, a movement/meditation process for self-empowerment through the body with the help of the plant devas. The next journey found her writing The Book of Anointing: A Divine Rebellious Act of Love, where she remembered her path as a sacred anointer and developed processes of anointing with the oils for people to go within and find the divine light that lives there. She had the privilege to co-author a book, Voices of Light, Voices of Love, Messages from the Plants and Trees, with Audre Gutierrez and Barry Kapp.
Her lineage is built upon a generation of mother curanderos from the Caribbean and backward in time to the high kingdoms of Africa and the Mediterranean. This lineage brought her deeper into remembering the plant kingdom and her connection to it, allowing their consciousness to speak. Cynthia has humbly learned to listen to the voice of light and the voice of love that exists in all things.
Cynthia teachers Wisdom of the Earth Level I and II certification courses and gives workshops and retreats worldwide. Her passion to connect heart to heart with her friends creating sacred
retreats here in the US and Japan. Cynthia loves love, laughter, and joy.

Amber is a former urgent care Nurse Practitioner turned functional medicine practitioner. She received training from Chris Kresser’s ADAPT Practitioner Training Program, which is the only program that combines Functional Medicine with an ancestral health approach.
Amber’s goal is to investigate – to find and fix the root cause of symptoms…an approach that is so important when dealing with chronic illness.Amber’s topic this year is one that feels near and dear to our hearts for so many reasons. It is quite possibly the most foundational aspect of health and wellness, for ourselves and for our planet: WATER
Water is more than hydration — it is a structurally unique, life-giving molecule whose mysteries continue to challenge science and deepen our understanding of the body, energy, and consciousness.

Once the fire is lit, we’ll gather around with simple ceremony to mark the beginning of the weekend together.
Later in the weekend, Lena will guide participants to eco-print a mandala onto cotton with all local, wild harvested materials, as a way to bundle the medicine of the Confluence and carry it home.

Tanjariitta Anttila, LCSW has acquired both her undergraduate degree in fine arts and her master’s degree in clinical therapy. Her psychotherapy work took on a more body-centered approach and she actively sought out modalities in which to specialize to reflect this approach in her work. Rather than talking about the experiences, she wanted to engage her clients in doing, moving, expressing and sensing. She became a heart-centered hypnotherapist as well as an experiential and adventure-based counselor.
Tanjariitta also studied expressive arts therapies, bringing in sound, visual arts, movement and more. As she started serving clients with chronic pain and complex trauma, she decided to pursue her yoga teacher and yoga therapy certifications in addition to learning more about neuroscience, in order to bring these tools into her therapy work.
During her twenty+ years of clinical experience, she has devoted herself to working in a holistic way, continuously expanding her understanding about the human subtle energy system and our collective experiences.
Most recently, she has completed a course of study focused on the neuroscience of Yoga Nidra. She now blends her background in mind and body-centered therapies into her work at Blue Star Resort & Retreat Center where she offers traditional Finnish sauna therapy treatments, one-on-one somatic sessions, workshops and private intensives.
